Rhinoplasty reshapes the nose for profile balance, tip refinement, or both. Where breathing is affected, septal deviation or internal airway work can be assessed in the same plan so function and appearance are not treated in isolation. Technique (open vs closed) and any ultrasonically assisted steps are decided by the named surgeon after photos and consultation — not from social media examples alone.
