Airport & Clinic Transfers
OrbisMed Clinics is a licensed Group A travel agency (No. 15454). Airport pickups, clinic shuttles and hotel drop-offs for both visits are booked before you fly and documented in your itinerary.
Hotel Accommodation
Partner hotel accommodation is arranged for both visits. Room type, hotel name and check-in dates are confirmed in writing as part of your all-inclusive package before you travel.
Temporary Fixed Teeth (Day 2)

The contracted clinical team reviews your CBCT scan, medical history and current medication before confirming a treatment plan. If treatment is not clinically appropriate, you are told so plainly — in writing, before you spend anything.
A gentler travel schedule where needed
Transfers are door to door and hotel accommodation is next to the clinic. If you travel with a companion, their accommodation can be arranged within the same booking. Our coordinators plan around mobility or health considerations you tell us about.

Before you book a single flight, you receive a written treatment plan: contracted clinic details, implant brand and model, restoration type, visit schedule, and an itemised all-inclusive price. This price does not change when you arrive in Antalya.

Day 1

Are there any hidden costs on arrival?

We coordinate your care: remote assessment, written treatment plans, booking the contracted clinic appointment, arranging transfers and hotel, and managing aftercare communication. Which clinic carries out my treatment?
Your treatment is performed at a contracted, Ministry of Health–authorised dental clinic in Antalya with which OrbisMed Clinics has a signed protocol. The specific clinic and your treating surgeon are confirmed in writing as part of your treatment plan before you travel.
Will I have teeth between Visit 1 and Visit 2?
Yes. Temporary fixed teeth are fitted on Day 2 of Visit 1. You return home with a functioning, fixed smile. The definitive zirconia bridge is fitted at Visit 2, approximately 3 months later once osseointegration is confirmed.
Do I need to book flights before receiving a quote?
No. You receive a written treatment plan and confirmed all-inclusive price before booking anything. We recommend using this document to compare options. Only once you accept the plan should you book flights.
Is OrbisMed Clinics regulated?
Yes. OrbisMed Clinics holds two separate authorisations: (1) International Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate No. AK-1013, issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health; and (2) Group A Travel Agency Certificate No. 15454, issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Both certificates are publicly viewable on our certificates page.
What happens if something goes wrong after I return home?
Your OrbisMed coordinator remains reachable via WhatsApp throughout your recovery. Written aftercare guidance is provided before you leave Antalya. Any clinical concern is relayed directly to the contracted treating team. Optional complication cover coordination is available — ask your coordinator for details.
Are there hidden costs with dental implants in Turkey?
Common market upsells include a second-visit prosthetic charged later, arrival CBCT sold as an extra, grafting offered to every patient, and unnamed implant brands. OrbisMed issues an itemised GBP plan before you fly: implants, imaging, provisional and definitive stages, stated hotel nights and transfers. Flights are excluded. Any clinically indicated add-on (for example grafting) appears in writing after CBCT — not as a surprise at check-in.
Will the NHS fix my implants if something goes wrong after Turkey?
The NHS may treat urgent pain, swelling or infection through emergency pathways. It does not typically remake elective overseas implant bridges or cosmetic work for free. Plan for private maintenance and optional complication cover coordination — do not assume the NHS will 'fix Turkey teeth' if you dislike shade or shape.
Do I need bone grafting for All-on-4 — and could that mean a third visit?
Not always. Many full-arch cases proceed without grafting when tilted or zygomatic options are suitable. Grafting or sinus elevation, if needed, should follow CBCT findings — not a sales script on arrival. Extra healing time or a rare third visit is discussed in your written plan only when clinically indicated.
Will I receive an implant passport for my UK dentist?
Yes. On completion you should receive implant documentation listing brand, model and lot or serial numbers, plus CBCT export and surgical/prosthetic reports where available. Keep copies for UK hygiene, warranty assessment and any future maintenance.
What about handover to my UK dentist after treatment?
Inform your UK dentist before you travel (GDC advice). Many practices will help with hygiene and maintenance when records are complete; some limit remakes of work they did not plan. OrbisMed coordinates documentation and aftercare queries with the contracted clinic — we do not replace your UK dentist's clinical judgement.
